Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Camdope, we strive to process orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. Because of this, we have specific policies regarding order cancellations and changes.

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Changes to shipping addresses, items, or quantities must also be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and requested changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed.

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees, if already incurred, may not be refundable.
