1. Order Cancellation Window

If you change your mind, you may request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order. To ensure your request is processed in time, contact us immediately:

⚠ Important

  • Cancellations after the 4-hour window cannot be guaranteed — your order may have already entered fulfillment.
  • Once a tracking number has been assigned or the order dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
2. Order Modifications (Address, Size, Color)

We understand that mistakes happen. You may request modifications to your order within the same 4-hour window after placement.

Modifications are subject to product availability and order status. Once the 4-hour window has passed or the order is marked “In Processing,” no further changes can be made.

3. Orders Already in Processing or Shipment

Once an order has moved to the shipping stage, it is handled by our logistics partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx). At this point:

  • We cannot stop, reroute, or modify the package.
  • If you wish to return the item, please wait for delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Original shipping fees ($6.99) are non-refundable for orders already dispatched.
💡 Tip: Track your order via the Shipping Confirmation email to stay updated on delivery status.
4. Inaccurate Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout.

Camdope is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for delays caused by incomplete contact information.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@camdope.com within the 4-hour modification window.
