Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting our support team.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Order Modifications

Requests to modify order details (such as shipping address, size, or quantity) may be accommodated within the same 4-hour window after order placement.

Modifications are not guaranteed and depend on order status at the time of request.

3. Orders in Processing or Shipment

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery, if the item meets return eligibility requirements.

4. Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Camdope is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
