Order Cancellation & Modification

At Camdope, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because our system is designed for efficiency, there is a limited window of time to make changes or cancel an order before it enters the fulfillment process.
1. Order Cancellation Window
If you change your mind, you may request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order. To ensure your request is processed in time, please email us immediately at support@camdope.com with the subject line: “CANCELLATION REQUEST – [Your Order Number]”.
Important:
- Cancellations requested after the 4-hour window cannot be guaranteed as the order may have already entered our fulfillment system.
- If an order has been assigned a tracking number or has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
2. Order Modifications (Address, Size, Color)
We understand that mistakes happen. You may request modifications to your order (such as updating a shipping address or changing a product size) within the same 4-hour window.
While we will do our best to accommodate these changes, modifications are subject to product availability and the current status of the order. Once the 4-hour window has passed, or the order is marked as “In Processing,” no further changes can be made.
3. Orders Already in Processing or Shipment
Once an order has moved to the shipping stage, it is handled by our logistics partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx). At this point:
- We cannot stop, reroute, or modify the package.
- If you still wish to return the item, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy.
- Original shipping fees ($6.99) are non-refundable for orders that have already been dispatched.
4. Inaccurate Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. Camdope is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for delays caused by incomplete contact information.
