DMCA and Copyright Notice Policy

We respect the work of artists, photographers, designers, and content owners. If you believe content on camdope.com infringes your copyright, we offer a clear notice-and-takedown process. This page also explains how to submit a counter notice if you believe a removal was a mistake.

Before You File

  • Only the copyright owner or an authorized agent should submit a notice.
  • Please identify the exact content and location on camdope.com (a direct URL). General references to our homepage or search pages are not sufficient.
  • Submitting false or misleading notices can have legal consequences. If you are unsure, consider seeking legal advice.

How to Submit a Copyright Notice

Email is our preferred and fastest method. Send your notice to [email protected] with the subject line: Copyright Notice. Your notice must include all of the following:

  • Your full name and role (e.g., owner, authorized agent).
  • Contact information: email address and a phone number where you can be reached.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (a description or copy/registration number if available).
  • The exact URL(s) on camdope.com of the material you believe is infringing.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable for email).
  • Any supporting documentation that helps us evaluate your claim (optional but helpful).

What Happens After You Submit

Stage What We Do Typical Timing
Receipt We log your notice and check it for required details. Within 1–3 business days (aim)
Review We evaluate the claim and may contact you for clarification if anything is missing or unclear. Varies based on complexity
Action If the notice appears valid, we may disable or remove the content and notify the party who posted or supplied it. If the notice is incomplete, we may request more information. As promptly as reasonable
Counter Notice Window If content is removed, the affected party may submit a counter notice. We will share relevant parts of your notice with them. Varies

We are not able to adjudicate ownership disputes. Our role is to follow a reasonable notice-and-takedown process.

How to Submit a Counter Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, email [email protected] with the subject line: Counter Notice. Include:

  • Your full name and contact information (email and phone number).
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the exact URL where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to receive service of process from the person who filed the original notice (or their agent). If you are in the United States, you may include a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court, or if outside the U.S., to an appropriate court of competent jurisdiction.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable for email).

Upon receiving a valid counter notice, we may reinstate the material unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a legal action seeking a court order to keep the material down.

Repeat Infringement

Accounts or sources associated with multiple valid infringement notices may be suspended or terminated. We may also block repeat submission of identical or substantially similar content.

Incomplete or Abusive Notices

We may reject notices or counter notices that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or submitted for non-copyright disputes. Trademark, privacy, or other issues should be raised in a separate, appropriate report.

Privacy and Sharing of Notices

We share relevant details of a notice or counter notice with the affected party so they can understand and respond. This may include your contact information.
