Orders & Modifications

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your desired size/color, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the secure checkout prompts to enter your shipping details and complete your payment via PayPal or Credit Card.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but you must act quickly. We allow a 4-hour window after order placement for cancellations or modifications (such as address or size changes). After 4 hours, your order enters the fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Please email support@camdope.com immediately for these requests.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. Boxes and military addresses at this time.

What are your shipping costs and timelines?

We charge a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders.

Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days.

Transit Time: 2–4 Business Days.

Total Estimated Delivery: 3–6 Business Days.

How can I track my package?

Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through PayPal, which includes support for Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover debit or credit cards.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. We use 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. Camdope never stores your full credit card details; all transactions are processed securely by PayPal.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached to be eligible.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return (1–3 business days), we will process your refund. It usually takes 7–14 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.
