1. Shipping Coverage & Destinations
Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States, covering all 50 states. We are committed to domestic delivery and do not support the following at this time:
- International shipping outside the U.S.
- Shipments to P.O. Boxes.
- Military addresses such as APO/FPO/DPO.
- U.S. Territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands).
2. Order Timeline & Delivery Schedule
To ensure accuracy, every order undergoes a verification and handling process. Please refer to the timeline below:

*Note: “Business Days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
3. Shipping Fees & Transparency
We believe in clear pricing without hidden surprises at checkout. Our shipping rate is straightforward:
Flat-Rate Shipping Fee: $6.99 (USD)
This fixed fee applies to all orders nationwide, regardless of the package weight or size. All prices are in USD. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
4. Carriers & Order Tracking
We partner with major U.S. carriers to ensure your package arrives safely:
Primary Carriers: UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to populate in the system.
5. Handling Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as “delivered” but not received, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. We recommend checking with neighbors or building management before reporting a missing package.
