1. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on our Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

To be effective, the notification must include the following:

• Identification of the Work: A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

• Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

• Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Florida, if your address is outside of the United States).
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Camdope takes intellectual property integrity seriously. We maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
