1. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

To be effective, the notification must include the following:

2. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Florida, if your address is outside of the United States).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Camdope takes intellectual property integrity seriously. We maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
