Order Cancellation Policy

We work to pack orders quickly (typically within 1 business day). If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to stop your order before it moves to the next stage.

When can I cancel my order?

How to request a cancellation

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: Cancel Order #12345. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Account email and full name
  • Items you want to cancel (if not the full order)
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

We’ll review and reply as quickly as possible. Requests are time-sensitive and are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Refunds for successfully canceled orders

  • If payment has not been captured yet, we void or reverse the authorization. Your bank or provider may take 1–3 business days to release the hold.
  • If payment has already been captured, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Most providers post refunds within 3–10 business days, depending on their policies.
  • Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card via Stripe, or Airwallex).
  • If an order is canceled before shipment, any shipping charges on that order are also refunded.

Changing an order instead of canceling

We’re often unable to modify addresses, sizes, colors, or items once processing begins. If you need a change, the fastest path is usually to place a new order and request a cancellation of the original before it ships.

When CAMDOPE.COM may cancel an order

We may cancel an order and issue a refund if:

  • Items become unavailable or out of stock
  • Payment cannot be authorized or is flagged by our payment partner
  • We detect a duplicate order
  • We suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity

If we cancel, we’ll notify you by email and process any refund promptly.
