• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors and stains, with all original tags attached.
• Packaging: Use original packaging when possible. Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box placed inside a protective outer box.
• Sets: Coordinated sets must be returned together.

Exchanges

• We can exchange for a different size or color of the same item if available.
• If the requested variant is out of stock, we will process a refund once your return is approved.
• Fastest option: place a new order for the item you want and return the original following the steps below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include photos so we can help quickly. If confirmed, we’ll provide a prepaid solution or reimburse return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
3. Pack securely and ship the item using a trackable service. Include the return authorization inside the package.

Costs and Refund Details

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm a defect, damage, or shipping error.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., card, PayPal, Stripe, Airwallex). We can’t redirect refunds to a different method or account.
• Items returned not in their original, resellable condition may be declined or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
• Unauthorized returns or returns sent without approval may be refused or returned to sender.
