This page outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your order from CAMDOPE.COM, including timelines, tracking, and what to expect if items ship separately.

Shipping service and fee

  • Standard shipping: $6.99 per order.
  • One straightforward rate—no minimum order required.
  • At this time we offer a single standard service; expedited options may not be available.

Processing and transit timelines

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Times below are estimates and can shift during peak seasons or carrier disruptions.

Processing We pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. Within 1 business day
In transit Carrier moves your package to your delivery area. Tracking updates become available. 2–5 business days
Out for delivery Final delivery attempt by the carrier. Same day as noted by tracking

Total estimated delivery window: typically 3–6 business days from the date of your order (processing + transit).

Tracking your order

  • We email a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order departs our facility.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display movement after dispatch.
  • If you ordered multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Split shipments

To avoid delays, items in the same order may ship separately when they are ready at different times. You will not be charged extra for split shipments. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Address changes and order edits

  • If you need to update your shipping address or make a change, email [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best, but changes are not guaranteed once an order is processing or shipped.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once the address is confirmed. Additional postage may apply at the then-current standard rate ($6.99).

Delivery issues

  • Delayed or late: Transit times are estimates. Weather, peak volumes, or carrier constraints can extend delivery times.
  • Marked delivered, not received: Wait 24 hours, check with neighbors/household members, and verify the address and any safe-drop areas. If still not found, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
